salmon is one of our favorite fishes, this is my favorite way in cooking it.... it's so yummy, can't wait to share this recipe with you all...my husband gave my 2 thumbs up (he would give more if he had more thumbs, :))
Ingredients:
- 2 salmon steaks, smear with lemon juice, lightly pat with paper towel, season with salt and pepper, set aside
- for the topping:
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- dash of tabasco
- 1/3 cup of breadcrumb
- 1/3 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
Directions:
- prepare a greased pan
- set salmon on it
- mix well all the remaining ingredients
- spread it on top of the salmons
- bake in a preheated oven 350'F for 12 to 15 minutes
- serve it with mashed potatoes and boiled veggies
- mmh yummy
