simply baked chicken


Description:
I got this recipe in a magazine I read when we were in a waiting room at a hospital, we were at a long wait for my father in law who had his back surgery, I wrote down some easy and simple recipes, sorry to say that I don't remember what magazine they were :)

This particular dish is so easy and simple, I need about 2 hours for the cooking process, it tastes so good, makes me want to share with you all :))

Ingredients:
- 8 potong ayam, buang kulit kalo ngga suka
- 4 kentang sedang (gw pake yukon gold), kupas dan belah 4
- baby carrot secukupnya
- 1/2 biji bawang bombay, iris kasar
- 6 siung bawang putih
- 1 buah bellpepper
- 1/2 cup air lemon


Directions:
- ayam di marinate dgn sedikit minyak + bawang putih bubuk + merica + garam dan air lemon utk beberapa jam
- dalam wadah pyrex besar, aduk rata 2 sdm minyak + garam + merica
- tambahin kentang, wortel, bawang bombay dan bawang putih, aduk rata
- letakan potongan ayam diatas bahan2 tadi
- tutup dgn foil dan bake dgn api 400'f selama 30 menit, balik ayamnya dan bake lagi selama 25 menit, balik lagi, tambahin bellpepper, ulangi proses balik membalik masing sekali lagi
- ubah settingan api ke broil utk 15 menit.. buka foil, broil lagi selama 5 menit
- garnish dgn cilantro.. I love cilantro :)
- sajikan dgn sayuran rebus
- lebih nendang lagi ditambahin sambal terasi

TOMATO SOUP NANO NANO


Description:
This morning when I chatted with http://edbmdo.multiply.com/ on the phone, like usual we were sharing the idea what to cook for our dinner, she told me that she was cooking tomato soup with hot dog and vegetables, I caught her idea instantly as my mind was still blank, no idea at all:) , thanks Ellen, it was good, siabang said repeatedly... it's good, tentuuu... bule food sih :))

Ingredients:
mostly cans and frozen
- 1 lbs hot-dog ( we like National Hebrew polish sausage), sliced
- a handful of medium shrimps, peeled
- a handful of chicken thigh meat
- sliced brown onion
- 1 can of diced tomato with juice
- 1 small can of tomato sauce
- 1 frozen veggies (carrot, peas and corns)
- 1 big tomato, diced


Directions:
- brown hot-dog in a big pan with a bit of oil
- add brown onion
- add chicken meat
- pour in diced tomato and tomato sauce
- season with salt, 1 tsp of sugar, black pepper and garlic powder
- let it simmer for a while
- add veggies + tomato
- and finally add shrimps
- stir till all blended together
- garnish with cilantro and mozzarella cheese
- serve with toast or crackers

MALOR :))


Description:
martabak telor salah satu makanan favoritku, biasanya tinggal beli dipinggir jalan, ngga perlu bikin sendiri, ngga pernah nyobain juga, ngebayangin ribetnya, tadi akhirnya kucoba juga dgn kulit lumpia atas rekomen temen2, ternyata ngga gitu susah, asal teliti dan telaten aja, setelah perjuangan berat akhrinya tercapai juga angan2ku makan martabak telor, enak, kulitnya garing dan renyah

Ingredients:
tahap kesatu:

- 1 lbs daging sapi cincang
- bawang bombay cincang kasar
- bawang putih cincang
- ketumbar bubuk
- bubuk kare
- garam dan merica

tahap kedua:
- kulit lumpia, kupakai merk TYJ srpring roll
- 2 ikat daun bawang iris kasar
- 1 bawang bombay, cincang
- 8 telor ayam
- cabe rawit iris halus


Directions:
- tumis semua bahan kesatu sp kering
- bahan kedua:
- ambil mangkok gede, kocok lepas 4 telor
- tambahin 1/2 dari bawang bombay. 1/2 tumisan daging cincang, cabe rawit dan daun bawang cincang, aduk sp rata
- panasin wajan anti lengket, kasih sedikit minyak
- ambil 1 lembar kulit lumpia, taro dipiring yg rada cekung?? or cembung?? :)) (kayak mangkok yg rada datar)
- tambahkan 2 sdm campuran telor pas ditengah2 kulit lumpia
- lipat segi 4
- angkat dgn hati2, masukkan kewajan, tunggu sp matarng, balik dan tunggu mateng baru diangkat
- ulangin lagi dgn 4 telor ayam dan sisa bahan lainnya
- sajikan dgn acar
- 20 potong

paella ala ogut


Description:
I have never eaten the real paella, it has so many different styles, my recipe is a simple one, it tastes good and easy to cook and it 's good for those who are tired of eating plain rice

Ingredients:
gw pake seafood yg ada di freezerku, boleh pake daging apa aja, or sosis or whatever, juga pake saffron
- 1/2 lbs udang rada gede, kupas dan deveined
- 1/2 lbs scallop, potong dadu
- 1 kaleng diced peeled tomat berikut juicenya
- 1 kaleng tomat sauce
- 1 cup kaldu ayam (optional, gw pake air aja)
- daun bawang, iris 2 cm an
- 1 biji bawang bombay, cincang kasar
- 4 siung bawang putih, cincang kasar
- 1 tomat gede, iris kasar
- mentega buat menumis
- 2 cups beras, cuci dan rendam sebentar

Directions:
- panaskan mentega, tumis udang sp berubah warna, angkat dan sisihkan
- ulangi lagi, kali ini dgn scallop, tumis asal aja, angkat dan sishkan
- skr giliran babay dan batih, tumis sp harum
- masukkan beras, tumis sebentar
- masukkan tomat sauce, peeled tomat kalengan
- tambahin kaldu ayam or air
- aduk sp airnya kering
- tambahin tomat, kasih garam, merica, juga bubuk cabe
- aduk rata
- siapkan rice cooker, masukkan tumisan nasi kedalam rice cooker, tambahin udang, scallop dan daun bawang
- aduk rata, biarkan mateng dalam rice cooker dgn sesekali diaduk
- sajikan anget
