Ingredients:
- 1 big mango, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 shallots, finely chopped
- bunch of cilantro, finely chopped
for the juice, mix well
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice
- 4 tbsp of honey
- 1 tsp of salt
In a big bowl, mix well all the ingredients for the sauce, then add the rest of ingredients, mix well, let it sit in a fridge for a day before serving..
